Position: Auto Titles Clerk
Department: County Clerk
Starting Pay: $14.17/hour

The Laramie County Clerk's Office is seeking an Auto Titles Clerk. This position is responsible for examining and analyzing legal documents for the transfer of ownership of personal property while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and WYDOT /Department of Revenue rules and regulations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year experience with a bank, credit union, motor vehicle dealership, or governmental agency processing documents necessary for the transfer of title and filing of liens. Ideal candidates will have computer skills, the ability to do mathematical calculations, and oral and written communications.

These positions are responsible for cleaning rooms, entrance ways, hallways and offices in assigned Laramie County office building areas (Downtown and Archer Complex). Candidates must be available to work from 6:00pm-10pm Monday-Friday; to fill in when needed for the regular part-time staff out sick or on vacation.
Position: Property Specialist

The Laramie County is seeking a Property Specialist for the Assessor's Office. This position is responsible for providing information assistance to the public regarding assessment processes and various property conveyances. This position is also responsible for processing documents and deeds, identifying right to convey property; posting ownership; verifying real estate sales info; processing address changes and other related information regarding property data. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years property conveyance/clerical experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background.
