Provided:
Daycare/childcare
facilities having three or more children are inspected for
health and safety regulations to meet with the State Deparment
of Family Services licensing procedures. Inspections are
completed annually.
Inspections are completed on school cafeterias and child care facilities throughout
Laramie County for the purposes of maintaining good food safety practices.
Child care facilities are also inspected for general safety, toy safety, and
sanitation. Training is provided for both school cafeteria employees and child
care providers.
Training is also provided for students in the classroom in areas where students
plan futures in food, hospitality and child care.
