This
provides general services on a walk-in basis Monday through
Friday from 10:00 – 12:00 by a Public Health Nurse.

Information and Referral
Health
questions and concerns can be discussed with a Public Health
Nurse and referral for Agencies and Programs can be made
as appropriate. No treatment is done during this clinic.
No appointment needed. You can call or walk in between 10:00 –12:00
Monday through Friday.
Throat
Cultures
Public
Health Nurses will be provide screening for strep throat.
If appropriate, strep testing may be provided. If a client
tests positive they are to seek treatment with their personal
physician.
24-Hour
Culture for Strep: $5.00 Suggested Donation

Pressure Checks
Blood
Pressure checks can be taken during On-Call Clinic.

Tuberculosis
Screening (TB)
TB Screening
is done on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
No appointment is needed. Results are read 48 – 72
hours later during the same time.

Screening Due to Exposure
If TB screening is to be done due to an exposure, to someone with active
TB, please call a Communicable Disease Nurse. Call 633-4000 and ask for a
Communicable Disease Nurse. The TB screening for exposure is free.

Screening for Employment
TB Screening for employment is done during the On-Call time of 10:00 a.m. – 11:30
a.m. on a walk in basis. Screening is read 48-72 hours later, and at that
time written documentation of the screening is provided for your employer.
The TB test for employment is $15.00
