Clinic Services
City County Health Clinic assists with well and sick medical care for all ages who have difficulty getting health care.  It is staffed by a nurse practitioner.  The clinic goal is to ensure the community is getting the healthcare they need by directing them to health resources/medical home.

Non-emergency Acute Care and Physical Exams appointment times vary.  Please call (307)633-4098 for appointment times.  Walk-ins are available on a limited basis.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility is determined by need.  A donation will be requested at the time of service.
