Cheyenne-Laramie
County Health Department Youth Care is a clinic staffed by
Nurse Practitioners, Public Health Nurses and Certified Nursing
Assistants that assist with Well and Sick medical care for
eligible youth ages 0 through 21 years of age with no access
to health insurance coverage. The clinic goal is to encourage
healthy families in a healthy community by ensuring youth,
ages 0 through 21, are receiving the healthcare they need.

Well
child care and physical exams are done by appointment. Well
child care includes a physical exam, and growth and development
assessment.
Non-emergency
acute care is also done by appointment. This care includes
sore throats, rashes, and other minor illness.

Requirements
Eligibility
is determined by application process. For questions and information,
call 633-4098. If clients do not qualify, they will be advised
of most appropriate healthcare provider.
