Fee Schedule

The “valuation” is the cost of the project.  If the homeowner is performing the work themselves, the valuation is the cost of the materials plus the bids from all contractors performing work.

The applicable fees are to be submitted with the application. We gladly accept cash and checks for payment.  Please make your checks payable to The Laramie County Treasurer.

Please contact our office (307-633-4512) so that we may calculate your fees if your valuation is greater than $100,000.00
