The first step is to determine which permit you need. Below are a list of our applications, please call our office at (307) 633-4512 if you need any help determining what application is appropriate for your project. Each permit application has a checklist of required documents that are to be submitted with the application.
Upon receipt of your application and documents, our plan reviewer will evaluate them and contact you with any questions.
 In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we request that when submitting your building permit, you submit one paper copy of the application and supporting materials not exceeding 11” x 17”, and one electronic copy of all supporting materials (if applicable). Thank you for your cooperation!
New Permit Requirement: Please note the following permit requirement for all projects*…The landowner signature is now required as part of the application process. This requirement may be met by one of the following: either the owner may sign the permit application or the owner may write a letter giving consent (it may be mailed, emailed or faxed to our office)
*Exception: Permits for manufactured homes going into an established mobile home park and counter permits for small plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical projects do not need the landowner signature.
