The purpose of the plan review is to examine your project before you start; we want to help you to avoid any problems that could add to the time and cost of your project. We review your plans as quickly as possible. The more information that you provide, the faster and easier than plan review process will be. While the length of time for a plan review varies based on the complexity of the project, you can expect to have your permit issued within 7-14 business days from the time we receive the complete application package.
 In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we request that when submitting your building permit, you submit one paper copy of the application and supporting materials not exceeding 11” x 17”, and one electronic copy of all supporting material (if applicable). All large scale Commercial projects are required to submit one set of paper plans and one set of electronic plans. Thank you for you cooperation.
