Public Health Nurse

Provide direct nursing care for clients in the home and other settings; case management for HIV positive clients through the Ryan White Program; Long Term Care functional assessments. Applicant must be able to lift/transfer equipment up to about 50 lbs. Must have current Wyoming RN license, valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and background check.

Public Health Nurse Maternal Child Health Program

Full-Time
Location: Cheyenne

Through the nursing process the RN implements direct nursing care for clients in the home and other settings. Provides prenatal and postnatal education, support, and assist new moms and families in accessing community based services. Applicant must be able to lift/transfer equipment up to about 50 lbs. Must have current Wyoming RN license, valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and background check.

Part Time Nurse Practitioner Family Planning Clinic

Closing date: Open until filled
Part-Time
Pay: $40 - $45 hour
Location: Cheyenne

Provide reproductive health care in the Family Planning Division, adhering to Title X Program requirements.  Must hold a current Wyoming Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license with prescriptive authority and a valid driver's license.  Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, pension, vacation time, sick time and paid holidays

MCH Program

General Description of Work: Home visitation program provides nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, planning, implementation and evaluation to individuals, families and groups, or to the population as a whole as providing services in the Maternal Child Health Program.

Essential Functions: Provides direct nursing care in the home and other settings, through use of the nursing process, including teaching and counseling patient and family in patient's care.

Education,Certification and Licensing:
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wyoming
CPR Certification
Currrent Driver's License
